Program Objectives

• Analyze training needs and write measurable learning objectives using the ABCD model
• Design a complete training package including trainer guide, participant guide, activities, and slides
• Apply adult learning principles and match the right training method to each learning objective
• Manage the training room and handle difficult participant types and unexpected situations professionally
• Deliver a recorded micro-teaching session and refine performance based on structured feedback
• Build pre/post assessment tools and evaluate training impact using the Kirkpatrick levels
• Use interactive digital tools to raise participant engagement in classroom and virtual training
